Draft pending counsel review. Material synthesized from public competitor terms and authoritative frameworks (ESIGN Act, UETA). Not legal advice. Do not rely on as a final contract until this banner is removed.
Before you sign, federal law requires us to give you this information so you can decide whether you want to proceed electronically. Please read it carefully.

Paper alternative

You have the right to receive the records in this signing session on paper instead of electronically. If you want a paper copy, contact the organization that invited you to sign — their contact details appear on the cover page of this session. You may also request a paper copy of any record after you have signed electronically, at no cost from us. You can change your mind and withdraw your consent to do business electronically at any time before you sign. Withdrawing consent will close this signing session. The sending organization will tell you if there are any consequences — for example, whether you can re-execute the document on paper, or whether a fee applies to reissue paper copies. Your consent applies to the documents delivered in this signing session only, unless the sending organization has separately described a broader ongoing relationship (for example, as part of your account agreement with them). To withdraw consent before signing, simply close this browser tab; your session will expire. To change the email address you receive electronic records at, contact the sending organization directly — they control the contact record associated with this session.

How to get a paper copy later

Contact the sending organization. They can regenerate or print the executed document from their SpitShake account. We do not charge a fee for this; a sending organization may or may not charge its own fee.

Hardware and software you need

To view, sign, and keep a copy of these records you need:
  • A current-generation web browser (latest two major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled
  • A stable internet connection
  • A device that can display PDF documents
  • Either a printer (to print a copy) or enough local storage to save a copy
If these requirements change materially, we will re-present this disclosure and give you a fresh opportunity to withdraw your consent without penalty.

What happens when you click “I Agree & Continue”

By clicking I Agree & Continue, you confirm all of the following:
  1. You can access and keep records delivered in the formats shown during this session.
  2. You intend your typed, drawn, or generated signature mark to be your legal signature. Under the U.S. ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.), applicable state UETA law, and — where relevant — eIDAS Article 25 as a Simple or Advanced Electronic Signature, this electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one.
  3. You are signing of your own free will and have the authority to do so.
  4. You will receive a cryptographically timestamped audit certificate recording this session.
